Emergency Management

Phase 2 - Response

The response phase comprises two separate but closely-related and often overlapping challenges:

  • Crisis management and
  • Consequence (or impact) management

These are both designed to control and minimise the immediate challenges arising from an incident. 

Crisis management

Our crisis management team have an extensive network of trained, experienced and capable staff who have been involved in all levels of emergency management, (Gold, Silver and Bronze). 

Humber Emergency Planning Centre

We have a purpose-built planning centre conveniently located at Humberside Airport, where we can provide delegates with fully immersive training exercises. The centre is available as a crisis management centre which will provide your organisation with a bespoke emergency management facility, but also support you with tactical advisors and subject matter experts that can assist with the management of any incident.

Consequence management - we work with key stakeholders

We work extensively with the local authority, local resilience forums, communities and voluntary groups and can assist with managing the consequences of any incident.
