Re-commencement of Training delivery with effect from 1st July
I hope you and your colleagues have managed to remain safe and well during the Covid-19 pandemic, there is little doubt we have all been affected to a greater or lesser degree by the unfolding events – it is however hugely encouraging to see the new ways of working which are developing and just how resilient the business community can be in the face of such tough challenges.
I make absolutely no apology for the fact that HFR Solutions was the first training provider to shut its doors, long before any other organisation or government guidelines were released, and that in turn we will be the last provider to recommence the delivery of training, which I am delighted to be able to announce we will be doing as of the 1st July.
Delivering and exceeding customer expectations
I have adopted this stance because as an individual I have to be completely confident that our activities are morally and ethically correct and that as an organisation we ensure that we never compromise the safety of either our delegates or our own personnel in the pursuit of profit. I fully appreciate customer requirements/expectations and we have consistently driven to achieve and indeed exceed those over the past nine years however never at the expense of safety and that is a rationale from which we will never deviate.
I now feel that we have reached the position where we have a clearer picture of both current infection and new transmission rates and that with the introduction of relevant control measures we have reached the point where it is safe to recommence the delivery of training confident in the knowledge that we can ensure the Health, Safety and Welfare of everybody engaged in the respective activity.
Training to recommence on 1st July
Following my correspondence of the 23rd March, I am now in a position to provide a further update and am delighted to announce that all HFR Solutions training delivery will re-commence as of 1st July 2020 from both the Hessle and Humberside Airport facilities in addition to delivery on all customer sites (subject to a suitable risk assessment and social distancing measures) utilising our new mobile training units.
Social distancing and control measures
In line with government guidelines, we have implemented all relevant control measures at both the Hessle and Humberside Airport sites to ensure delegates safety and peace of mind whilst undertaking their training, further details of which will be provided on both our website and the course joining instructions. You can be confident that the safety of our delegates is of paramount importance to HFR Solutions CIC and will in no way be compromised during the delivery of any training activity.
