Following on from our communications late last week with regards to the closure of our Training Centre and in line with the government guidelines surrounding Covid-19 – we would like to stress that we are still open for customers, however we have taken the decision to work remotely from home where possible for the foreseeable future.
Office phones diverted to company mobiles
All office phones are being diverted to company mobiles and we will continue to be answering all calls – this does however, mean if we are on a call, voicemail messages will not be received.
Therefore we ask if for any reason we do not answer your call in the first instance, that any enquiries are sent through to firstname.lastname@example.org – this will allow the Service Support Team to filter them accordingly and inform the relevant individuals.
All purchasing and accounting queries will be dealt with through email@example.com and we would appreciate if you could please refrain from posting out any documents, as we will have limited access to our post and that they are emailed through to the above instead. Anything sent to us via post, may not be received for some time, will not be processed in a timely manner, which may cause further delays to the process.
These changes will be made effective immediately and will remain in place for the foreseeable future. We will provide further communication once we have resumed normal working practices.
We appreciate your patience during these difficult and uncertain times and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers and suppliers, however, we remind you that this decision has not been taken lightly.
We are conducting daily meetings and are abiding by the everchanging government guidelines to ensure that all our employees, customers and suppliers are kept safe.
